Once again, this year, Technal will be at the Batimat fair, from November 7 to 12, with a stand that will be sure to impact everyone.
In keeping with the trademark’s premise of collaborating in the creation of architecture that is sustainable and environmentally-integrated, the architect Nicholas Michelin (Agence Nicolas Michelin & Associés – ANMA) has designed a villa-like stand featuring an interior tree-filled patio.
In this way, an attempt has been made not only to capture the trademark’s commitment to the environment but also to meeting new French thermal regulations on the creation of low-energy consumption buildings through the use of innovative products that help to meet these standards.
A stand true to the spirit of the trademark
The transparencies on the stand’s facade awaken visitors’ curiosity to enter and discover the Technal world whereas the opaque areas protect the interior from outside events so as to showcase all the products in a warm, peaceful atmosphere, far removed from the hustle and bustle and constant comings and goings of the fair.
The access for visitors has been designed so that they enter through a light, open-plan area encouraging them to discover the new developments presented by the firm. Once they are inside, they can enter the covered gallery surrounding the patio, where all the products are exhibited in a stylish, discreet manner. From here, the way leading to the central relaxation area is bordered by an exhibition of different sliding door compositions, thus blurring the bounds between nature and the interior space.
